Data Controller
Dr. Antonio Simone, as data controller of the personal data processing according to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), in compliance with the obligations dictated by the legislator to protect privacy, hereby wishes to inform you in advance of the use of your personal data, as well as your rights.

Methods of data processing
There is neither collection nor provision of personal data on elenagrows.it. As will be detailed later in the following information, there is also no collection of cookies but only those used in the technical category, processed primarily with automated tools for the sole purpose indicated and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose. Specific security measures are observed to prevent access to backends, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested party
Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 gives the subjects to whom the personal data refer the right to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or not of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its updating, rectification and integration. According to the same article users have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons.
As platform elenagrows.it does not collect in any way users personal data during the surfing, any of the above requests can be considered superfluous.
